Instagram introduces Collaborative Collections to share posts and reel

Instagram introduces a new feature called “Collaborative Collections” that allows users to share their posts, reels, and IGTV videos with others in a collaborative manner.

With this feature, users can create a collection of posts, reels, and IGTV videos that can be shared with others. The collaborators can then add or remove posts to the collection as well as share it with others.

The feature is currently available only to users in the US and Canada, and it is accessible by tapping the “…” button on a post, selecting “Save to Collection,” and then choosing “Collaborate.”

Instagram also allows users to create private collections that can be shared with a select group of people.
The Collaborative Collections feature is part of Instagram’s efforts to make the platform more social and collaborative.
This feature is expected to be useful for users who collaborate on projects or events, plan trips, or simply want to share their favorite posts with friends and family.

The Collaborative Collections feature is available on both iOS and Android versions of the Instagram app.
Users can remove themselves from a collaborative collection at any time, and the person who created the collection can remove any user from it.

The Collaborative Collections feature is one of several new features that Instagram has introduced in recent months to make the platform more user-friendly and engaging.

Instagram has also introduced other features such as the ability to hide likes, restrict unwanted interactions, and filter out offensive comments.
