YouTube Stable Volume rolled out

You can now enable Stable Volume from the Settings menu in YouTube.

YouTube has begun rolling out a new feature that promises to normalize the audio volumes of the videos you’re watching. The feature comes with a toggle in the Settings menu which you can enable to automatically adjust the volumes of the videos you’re watching.

The new feature will automatically adjust the audio volume of the videos you watch based on the loudness of the videos. YouTube currently offers an option to manually adjust the audio volume of each video you watch and also has an option to automatically adjust the volume of the video based on your phone’s volume levels.

With the new YouTube Stable Volume feature, you will no longer need to fiddle with the volume level for every video you watch. You can enable the feature from the Settings menu in YouTube. Once you enable Stable Volume, the app will automatically adjust the volume of the video you’re watching based on the loudness of the video.

You will also get a popup notification every time a video you’re watching is automatically adjusted. YouTube will also reduce the overall volume of the video if the video is louder than usual. With the new Stable Volume feature, you will be able to watch videos without worrying about the audio volume levels for every video.

YouTube says that the new feature will be available on all devices with the latest version of the YouTube app. The feature will also be available for all users on the YouTube app for Android and iOS. The feature is currently being rolled out to users and should be available for all users in the coming weeks.
